1. Click “View Rates” button for hotel of your choice.
2. Review information and click “Hold Rate” button.
3. Complete the block hold form, review all information, including block release date and cancellation policies, and click "Place Room(s) on Hold" button to submit.
4. Check your inbox for "Courtesy Block Placed on Hold" email notification with your group’s Block Code & unique reservation link.
5. Forward email to all travelers with invitation to book using the CLICK HERE link.

3. Complete the reservation form with your information. Check boxes to accept terms and conditions and booking fee then click "Confirm Reservation" button to submit.
4. Check your inbox for "Guest Receipt for Online Booking" email notification with your unique booking reservation number.
5. Save/keep email for all reference information and links to modify or cancel reservation.
